Step 1: Go to https://sdsu.onthehub.com/WebStore/Security/Signin.aspx?rurl=%2fWebStore%2fProductsByMajorVersionList.aspx

Click the "Register" Button

Step 2:
Click "Can I register any other way?"

Step 3:
Make sure the "With a registration code provided by the bookstore." option is selected, then press continue.

Step 4:
Enter your registration code. Make sure you use all CAPS when entering the code. Also note that there are only zero's in the code, and none of the letter "O".

Step 5:
When registering your account, DO NOT use your SDSU email address!
If you have downloaded a product before, it is best to use a different email account and create a new account.

Step 6:
Click on the San Diego State Icon in the top left corner.

Step 7:
Click the "Office Home & Business 2016" package.

Step 8:
Click "Add to Cart". The price should come up as free.

Step 9:
There are options to purchase backup media for your download in case you need to reinstall it in the future. By default, you can access the installer download for 31 days after you have initiated the first download from this site.
Otherwise, click the Check Out button.
