This problem occurs when numerous failed log-in attempts happen on your account. There are multiple causes, such as you recently changing your password, an expired password, or your phone trying to sign in to the "eduroam" network with an outdated password. Whatever the case, it resolves itself usually within 30 minutes. Make sure to update all instances of your passwords. (i.e. cellphone eduroam wifi password) or if necessary change your password.

If you don't want to wait, another option is to try to unlock your account on the "Account Authentication" option by following the link under "Unlock Account".
