How do I Reset my SDSUid Password?
You are required to change your password every 12 months to keep your account secured. Here are step by step instructions on how to do it. Whenever you see example@sdsu.edu you must change it to your SDSUid email. If your name is John Smith it might be something like jsmith@sdsu.edu or jsmith4@sdsu.edu , this is the email that you use to log in into library computers, WebPortal, and BlackBoard.

- Go to https://it.sdsu.edu/sdsuid
- Click on SDSUid user profile management
- Fill in your SDSUid
- Input your password
- Click on Change password
- Enter your old password, and your new password twice
- Once you click Submit your password will be changed you will get the following message and you may now close the window
