To run updates on Adobe Creative Cloud open Command Prompt as Admin 

Then copy and paste: 

cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE_Enterprise\RemoteUpdateManager

Then type: 

RemoteUpdateManager.exe 

Then hit enter. Now Adobe Creative cloud would start updating to the latest version.
