To download Matlab use this link and sign in with your sdsu account.
After signing in with your sdsu ID, it will prompt you to sign in or create a Mathworks account, do whichever you require.
Then it will allow you to choose the version of Matlab you desire.
Select your operating system.
When installing it will prompt you to sign in, please use your mathworks account.
