Welcome to the College of Engineering IT Support Center

We are excited to announce that we are transitioning to the ServiceNow Ticketing System to streamline our support process and serve you better. During this transition period, you can still use our current system to submit support requests. Every request will continue to be assigned a unique ticket number for tracking progress and responses online. We provide complete archives and history of all your support requests for your reference. 

Please note that this page will remain available until the transition to ServiceNow is complete.

This site is only for account creation and extensions for Volta/Jason and Fermi. If you would like to request software for a class, please create a ticket on ServiceNow.
